To send you the research you asked for, to understand which pieces are read, and to answer your messages. The legal basis is your consent for the newsletter, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the publication for the rest.
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this publication — [Substack, your host, your analytics provider] — who process it on our behalf.
We keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed, and delete it on unsubscribe. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
